Welcome to our new InteliBuild website

A well-kept secret...

Already well established in Asia, China and the Middle East, InteliBuild has been until now a well-kept secret in North America.

We were anxious to launch our new website and have done so by including a bit of the history of our team.

 

A bit of history

Technyx and Canam Group have taken an active interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for several years now. BIM is aligned with one of Canam Group’s development goals to lead the digital revolution that is reshaping the construction industry. With this end in view, a BIM lab was set up and an in-house team dedicated to research and development was formed.

In late 2009, Technyx acquired the assets of InteliBuild Limited located in Hong Kong as well as the right to use its trademark. Founded in 2003, InteliBuild offers consulting services to clients in Asia, China and the Middle East on construction projects that use BIM and 3D digital models.

One year later, management made the strategic decision to change the name of the Technyx business unit to InteliBuild and to offer BIM and virtual design and construction services across North America.

Website strategy

We want to keep our customers and partners informed of the latest developments in the fields of BIM and virtual design and construction. Over the coming weeks and months, members of our team will be sharing their knowledge and opinions on a host of topics they are passionate about in their respective areas of expertise (3D modeling, LEED, model integration and coordination, etc.).
