Services provided

  • BIM consulting services to coordinate the architectural, structural and MEP design drawings in order to detect potential clashes and avoid unnecessary delays and rework during construction
  • Coordinated services drawing production (CSDs) in collaboration with the contractors and MEP engineers
  • 4D construction simulation to show the gradual transformation of the construction site, including the operation of tower cranes used to assemble the floors and spiral ramp
